NHS Track & Trace QR Codes are situated throughout the entrance of our workshop. We would be very grateful if you could complete the form upon entry.
Travel Update 24.09.2020
With a plethora of jackets, waistcoats & trousers ready for fittings, the green light to travel cannot come soon enough. On several occasions it has seemed that this pandemic was coming to an end & we have tried to update our travel dates accordingly, unfortunately these plans have not materialised due to the ever changing situation. So, after much deliberation we have decided that the next travel dates will be January/February 2021. This has not been an easy decision to make. Should there be significant changes we may revise our plans.
We cannot thank you enough for the incredible support you have shown Steed & our family throughout this difficult time.
We all wish you good health & we look forward to seeing you soon.
Edwin, Matthew & Christopher Deboise.
July 2020 Update:
We are delighted to announce that we are now able to offer in-person appointments in Cumbria immediately and on Savile Row from August 11th.
The safety of our clients and our staff is of paramount importance to us and whilst we are now able to offer our UK clients in-person appointments, we have made the following changes to appointments to reduce any unnecessary risk:
- Track and Trace QR codes are on display upon your entrance.
- A maximum of two visitors together may attend each appointment as a single party
- Everyone will be required to wear masks during appointments
- Hand sanitiser stations will be available for use before entering the premises
- The premises will be cleaned between appointments. To allow for this, we have reduced appointment capacity as we will need to allow for a minimum of an hour in between appointments
- Nitrate gloves will also be available upon request, free of charge
We are hoping to be able to make our planned visits to the USA in October and November, but these are not yet confirmed due to the ever-changing situation.
If you would like to be updated about our future trips you can either sign up for email updates below or keep checking this page for updates.

April 2020 Update:
Amidst these strange and challenging times, Steed Bespoke Tailors will not be carrying out any appointments for the immediate future during this period of Covid-19. The outbreak has affected every single person in one way or another, so we will be taking the necessary measures to keep others safe.
No one knows how long this pandemic will last and therefore we have also had to take the necessary step to cancel our April Trunk Show to Palm Beach & New York. As it stands, we predict the June Trunk Show to all 9 of our U.S. Cities may also be in jeopardy. We will keep everyone informed of this June visit as things progress. If the travel ban is lifted, Edwin & Matthew will do their utmost to travel to meet with our loyal clients.
In the unfortunate case, that the June trip is also postponed, any clients that wish for their current commissions to be straight finished without a fitting can be if requested. Please contact Matthew for further details on this option and to finalise time-scales.
NEW ORDERS: The above, straight to finish option is also available to any current clients that we have made for previously.
We’ve organised for our tailors to work from home, while Edwin has been working relentlessly to get all of our current Bespoke workloads cut and delivered to all of our tailor’s homes. Therefore, not only can production continue as usual, but everyone can continue to earn a living during this challenging period.
We at Steed Bespoke Tailors would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their continued support. We’ve received many messages from clients across the globe, asking on our health as well as the business. It’s times like these, where we realise more than ever, how lucky we are to have built such lasting friendships with our client base.
We wish everyone who reads this message the very best of health and safety during this period of uncertainty.
Best wishes to all.
Matthew, Edwin, Christopher & everyone from Steed.
